What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, you must do so 150 days prior to trip start (for Ghana 2022, this means by July 29th) to receive a full refund minus your initial deposit amount and any transaction fees incurred. All cancellations after 150 days prior to trip start will not receive a refund.

What happens if I make my payments late?

Payment due dates are specified in the product description and initial welcome email.

First late payment: Grace period of 7 days after due date. A $25 late fee will be added to the balance owed.

Second late payment: Grace period of 2 days after due date. A $25 late fee will be added to the balance owed.

Late payments of 14 days or more: If a payment has not yet been received 14 days after the due date and no payment arrangements have been made in writing, Rove reserves the right to forfeit your spot on the trip.
